Val and Jeff are
presented with their Diplomas |
Our
November Workshop began with a Diploma presentation to our two newest
graduates, Valerie Hall from Doncaster and Jeff Lloyd who traveled from
Surrey to join us. Both have shown a natural flair for hypnosis which
was reflected in their responses to the question and exam papers. Val
will begin her practice from Bessacar in Doncaster and her contact details
will shortly appear in our Find a Therapist section, as will Jeff's.
Jeff is also
qualified in colour therapy and is a Member of the International Association of
Colour, using his natural healing ability to help others. He has written
and published some inspirational booklets,

one of which is called Beyond the
Rainbow - thoughts to inspire and lighten your life. These will shortly be
made available on our sister site,
www.eMystica.com and would make perfect gifts for someone you love.

| John demonstrates a rapid induction |
John Digby and Meira
Shore had already gained their Diploma in Hypnotherapy from Hypnotic World
International Academy of Hypnotherapy, showing outstanding ability throughout
their course assignments. John is an EFT practitioner which he combines with
his treatments and both he and Meira are successfully using hypnotherapy with
their clients in Cambridgeshire and London, respectively. In the picture
(left) you can see John and Meira trying out one of the new rapid inductions
that were taught at the workshop.

Mark is hypnotized by
Alvaro |
Mark Vanstone proved
to be an excellent hypnotic subject when Alvaro Santos tested the latest
induction on him. Mark, from Buckinghamshire and Alvaro who lives in
Chester but originates from Portugal, are nearing the completion of their
Diploma course in hypnotherapy. Both have a thorough understanding of the
concepts involved and we are sure that they will make a positive impact in the
world of therapy once they begin their practices.
The workshop was
presented by Clem Turner, Faith Waude and Steve Armstrong (back row) and held at
Clem's beautiful 15th century manor house in the heart of Nottinghamshire.
The participants were a wonderful group of people who enjoyed sharing their
knowledge and experiences with each other. Clem taught his latest rapid
inductions and the group were encouraged to practice the techniques on each
other. He also explained about Parts Therapy and shared with us the
secrets of his success as a Hypnotherapist. Clem works at the Rosegarth

The group come
together to share ideas on marketing their hypnotherapy practices |
Clinic in Mansfield and is in much demand for his services. He can be
contacted in our Find a Therapist section and is also a Hypnotic World Preferred
Therapist and Trainer.
Steve's specialty is
EFT and he gave a demonstration and a talk to the group on his subject, which
created a lot of interest. Steve and Faith combine EFT with hypnotherapy
and have renamed it 'HypnoEft'. Both have a busy practice in Yorkshire.
Steve is also the creator of
www.hypnoeft.com and now records many of the recordings
available as mp3s and CDs on Hypnotic World.

Mags & Clem host the
workshop |
The success of the
workshop was mainly due to Margaret and Clem's hospitality and we would like to
say a special 'Thank You' to Margaret for providing such a magnificent banquet.
For those of you who missed it (just to make your mouth water), the buffet
included a whole fresh salmon, king prawns, canopies, freshly baked vol-au-vents,
a selection of freshly carved meats and whole cheeses, grapes and various dips,
sandwiches (and much more) and a sweet tray. Fresh orange juice, chilled
water and tea and coffee were available throughout the day (as was the delicious
aroma of home baking)
All attendees
received a Hypnotic World Workshop Manual, hand-outs and a Certificate of
Attendance and were students and/or past students of the Hypnotic World
International Academy of Hypnotherapy. However, future workshops will be
available for anyone wishing to learn more about this fascinating subject.
