Please note that our staff are
usually extremely busy in the morning as they are answering queries from
customers at the opposite side of the world (time difference) and preparing and
despatching orders, therefore the best time to reach us is early afternoon, UK

Q. I have paid for my order but not received it, what should I do?
If you have purchased a product from
Hypnotic World and not received your order then it is possible that your
mailbox was full or that our email was delivered into your Spam or Trash
folder. We strongly recommend that you supply a contact telephone
number so that we can contact you. Sometimes customers fail to
include an email address so if you think that might have happened please
email us as soon as possible so that we can send your order.
Q. How do I access the scripts after signing up on Hypnotic
World?
You will receive an email from Hypnotic
World within 24 hours giving you an exclusive password and email address to
access all the scripts on Hypnotic World. The 'Sign In' link is at the
top right hand corner of the home page. This will take you to the login
boxes where you can enter your details and reach the Members Only section. Select the script that you
want on Hypnotic World from the Script Index page. At the bottom right
of each script is a Printer Friendly button.
Q. I have forgotten my password.
Click here to receive your login details by email. If you are unable to recover your login details using this automated system,
contact us and you
will receive notification of your password. We need you to
supply the email address that you subscribed with and the payment method
that you used. Please let us know also the currency that you used -
this will help us to expedite your request.
Q. I have typed in my password and email address but the
service is not available.
Please ensure that you are using lower
case and that your Hypnotic World email address is typed in full. (e.g.
yourname@hypnoticworld.com).
Q. I'm using my full details and correct password but can't find how to enable cookies.
If you're using AOL to log in you may not be able to enable the cookies. To log in, simply come out of AOL and go through Internet Explorer or Netscape instead.
Ensure that Scripting is enabled in your browser.
To do this in Internet Explorer click Tools on your browser menu, select
Internet Options, Security, Internet, Custom Level then enable all three
Scripting options.
Make Hypnotic World a trusted site. To do this in
Internet Explorer click Tools on your browser menu, select Internet Options,
Security, Trusted Sites, Sites and Add. Type in
http://www.hypnoticworld.com. Click
ok and select Custom Level in the box that shows up. Reset Custom
Settings to Low.
If you are still unable to access the site, please check
to ensure that your computer is set to accept Cookies. Here is how
cookies on our our computer are set up, this is Windows XP. (It can vary
depending upon different operating systems).
To enable cookies, go into your Tools menu and select Internet Options, click
on Privacy and then Advanced. You will come up with a box, make sure that
First Party Cookies is set to always allow Cookies, and Third party cookies is
set to accept cookies. Then select Always Allow Session Cookies.
Q. How can I unsubscribe?
In the unlikely event that you unsubscribe, you
may allow your yearly subscription to run to the end of the year if you have subscribed
using Amazon. Users who have subscribed using PayPal use the PayPal site to
unsubscribe and those who have subscribed directly through Hypnotic World contact us
and we will remove your subscription payment. To enable us to locate your
account quickly please provide your original order number and your
hypnoticworld.com email address and password.
Q. I have subscribed to Hypnotic World but received no password after 12 hours. What should I do?
Hypnotic World personally responds to all subscriptions within a few hours. If, after 12 hours you have not received your details this means that our emails have failed to reach you. Please email us as soon as possible with your full telephone number and we will phone your details through to you.
Q. I am a subscriber but unable to access certain 'subscriber only' pages on Hypnotic World.
Subscribers should log into Hypnotic World with their personal details before trying to access the scripts and other services.
Q. I am a subscriber but unable to access any pages on
Hypnotic World
If you've checked all help topics then please ensure that your credit card
hasn't expired. When this happens our secure merchant service
automatically removes login details. If your card has expired then please
re-subscribe with your new details and we'll send you another password as soon
as possible.
Q. How can I print the scripts from Hypnotic World without the additional text on the page?
On each script page
there should be a Printable Version link. This offers you a printer-friendly
option, however, if you can't see it then the following process will enable
you to print off the whole script:
Open up a word processing program (e.g. Word, Notepad, Word Pad).
Select the script on Hypnotic World that you wish to print. Place your curser before the first word and drag it to the end of the last word so that the whole script is highlighted.
Press 'Control' and 'C'
Click back onto your word processing program.
Click 'Control' and 'V'
Now click 'File' and 'Print'.
Q. Parts of the last word are missing when I print out the scripts.
This could be due to your printer margin settings being different to the ones
displayed on the page. Simply the follow the steps outlined in the response to
the previous question.
Q. I have posted a message
on the forum but it doesn't show up.
Please remember to enter the Verification Word/s. This is to prevent
spammers from targeting the Forum.
Q. I can't list my details
in the Find a Therapist section it comes up with a long message saying
truncated.
It is essential that you
follow the steps outlined on the Find a Therapist page. Please ensure that
you click the box to allow your details to be listed, write your county or state
in full (e.g. Yorkshire instead of Yorks, Arizon instead of AZ). You also
need to use UK instead of England or Great Britain, US instead of United States
of America (or whichever country you live in). The Areas of Specialty
field doesn't allow for too many characters so try not to exceed the width of
the box and your listing should show up. Alternative please send them to
us and we will add them for you.
Q. How can I find the script I want
on the page? There are so many to search through.
Each script is listed under its relevant category. If
you cannot find what you're looking for, click the Edit Menu on your toolbar and
choose Find. Type in one word that relates to your script (i.e. Fear of
Dogs - just type in dogs) - and select Find Now. Your script should be
highlighted.
Q.
I ordered an MP3 which arrived in my inbox as a zip file, which I am unable to
open, please advise.
Some of our newer recordings are using the latest
version of WinZip so unless you have this installed on your computer
then you might experience difficulties in unzipping these files
successfully.
Just in case this is a problem for you then you can download a free 45
day trial of the latest version from the following site:

MP3 files are compressed (sent in zip files)
because this is easier for most email accounts to handle. If you
have the current version of WinZip installed on your computer then you
just need to double-click on the link that we send you and it will open
up as an MP3. For some reason iTunes don't seem to work too well
so we recommend that you set Windows Media as your default media player.
A free alternative to unzipping the MP3 files is
7-Zip:
