Essential Tremor Disorder - (or ETD as its commonly known - is a neurological condition that causes involuntary, rhythmic shaking of a body part, especially the hands, but it can also occur in your arms, legs, head and even your tongue and voice box (larynx).
The shaking associated with ETD can be triggered by stress, caffeine and other triggers - they can also be a symptom of other disorders so it is important for your client to have this condition investigated and follow their GP's advice.
