Easy Childbirth Visualization Hypnosis Script
This hypnosis session is intended for use during the early to middle stages of labour and assumes that the mum to be is already familiar with hypnotic trance and is accompanied by an experienced midwife or medical professionals in case the delivery doesn't run smoothly.
For therapists trained in hypnosis childbirthing techniques please adjust any aspect of this script to concur with the hypnosis training, information and guidance that you have previously given to your client.
This script can be used as a preparation exercise so that the mum can accustom herself for when labour begins, or it can be used as soon as the cervix is dilated enough to anticipate that labour is imminent.
