Confidence at Work Hypnosis Script

While some dream of love, some of wealth, others dream of success. Few manage to make that dream a reality. A recently identified 'Playpen Syndrome' may be the cause. The Playpen Syndrome begins in childhood when children are conditioned to understand that they will only be liked and approved of if they are also compliant, if they do what they're told. The opposite then is implied. Children also absorb the alternate truth that no one will like them if they create problems, make waves.

Parents rarely accomplish this intentionally. Rather the idea is planted when children are too often separated out of the way in 'safe' places like playpens. The child's growing awareness draws the conclusion (quite rightly) that they will only be approved of, perhaps even taken care of if they're quiet, stay out of the way, and don't cause trouble. Under these circumstances children learn to be afraid to explore, manage small risks, or discover their own solutions to any challenges.

The Playpen syndrome operates like a large unwieldy bureaucracy peopled only those who fear new ideas, ambition, or progress. This giant bureaucratic perspective stifles creativity. The child gets the subconscious message that being liked or approved of means maintaining the status quo. This syndrome stifles individuality it's easy to see how such thinking also prevents the achievement of goals.

Hypnosis has the depth to empower your client to leave the playpen for good.

As children grow this early message is reinforced in school and mirrored in the society of schools and day care institutions. When they finally grow up they join the larger society and are dependent on an employer who sees to all their worldly needs if they only stay put in their cubicle, show up and do as expected. All life long the individual can be cared for by someone 'bigger' than themselves. These folks rarely exert initiative or take control of their own lives if their dreams don't happen to fall into the status quo.

This hypnosis script to inspire self confidence at work has the potential to free clients from the confines of the Playpen Syndrome and give them the tools they'll need to reach for their dreams.

Together belief and conviction conspire to create subconscious habits and patterns. Beliefs are based on experience or conditioned based on recurring experiences which is why the playpen syndrome can take such powerful hold of the subconscious. It smothers ambition at the seedling stage. Cumulative beliefs become convictions. Convictions are the result of new stimuli that are validated or cross checked against accumulated relevant memories or stored information.

This successful hypnotic script for inspiring confidence at work first establishes a single belief through direct suggestion and explication. After planting one belief this script builds on additional small beliefs one after another using clear direct suggestions. Eventually the cumulative beliefs override the 'cross checking' or validation system of the critical mind allowing your client to become effective in all aspects of their lives.

This single belief that is 'slipped past the guards' opens the door for an army of beliefs to gather to create convictions that eventually take over, overrun the subconscious mind transforming motivation. There are two categories of conviction. The first convictions are created by the 'normal' logical functions of cross checking new information against memory. The second category, 'non-validated' convictions are accepted without engaging the logical mechanisms. This of course is how this confidence at work hypnosis script transforms the nature of convictions in the hypnotic trance.

Depending on the size or magnitude of the change this hypnosis script can help clients be more assertive on the workplace, to develop better relationships with co-workers, and learn to establish viable goals. Patterned or habituated processes usually require several steps to achieve release. Clients may even need to explore blockages that inhibit their effective goal setting and therefore establishing the satisfaction of accomplishment.

By learning to set and achieve goals during hypnosis with our success at work script clients examine attitudes, build confidence, and gain motivation. By outlining the steps they need to take to achieve that goals they build convictions about achieving progress because with short term goals they can see their reward.
