Acne is usually related to hormonal changes and increased oil production by the skin, however, it can also be due to stress, or other psychological problems.
People with mild cases of acne may experience an improvement in symptoms from mind/body techniques such as hypnosis to help alleviate feelings of anxiety and depression that some individuals experience with this skin condition.
