Examination Nerves

There's nothing worse than entering an examination room and panicking because everything you've studied has gone out of your head.  In the relaxed state of hypnosis this just does not happen - everything you've ever seen or heard or done is there in your wonderful subconscious mind......

The instant you walk into the examination room and sit down to read the questions, you will become extremely calm and relaxed. You will turn over the paper and read each and every question carefully and thoroughly and you will then decide which one you can tackle the best. You will answer that question first, as fully as you can, and as you do this you will be surprised to discover that you can actually remember much more than you originally thought you would remember. When you have written all that you know about the first question you will then choose the next one that is easiest for you to answer and you will tackle that question in exactly the same way. You will continue in this way with all the other questions until you have written down everything that you can remember about those questions, or until the time is up.

When you have finished answering the questions you will be pleasantly surprised to discover that you have actually remembered far more than you originally thought possible when you first read through the questions.
