Hi, I have I girl coming to me. Her parents are divorced, she live by her father, unfortnetly he is a psychopat with all that include, her mother really try to do the best for her, but are to tired, and I do think she drinks a lot. The girl is 16, pain in the stomach, and have to take care of her self most of the time. Where would you start? Any ideas?

Hi Ulrica, Id just start gently with relaxation and de-stressing. Once she was in hypnosis Id start with the "Mountain Walk" deepener then use "Garden of Life" and "Anger Management". Id then concentrate on scripts that will help her to get rid of stress. At the end of the session I would discuss with her about going to a doctor for a physical examination. If you follow this advice, you are at least helping her to go forward at her own pace rather than doing nothing. Hope this helps, Stephen

Hi Maybe I did explain my self poor, I t was not for the pain, she came, the pain was more to express that she did not cope. I have been using scripts for self asteem. She feels much happier and stronger. I never treat pain, unless the have been on a examination at the doctor, that very importent in Norway.
