Hypnosis via phone? or web cam?

I would like to know any experience with doing hypnosis via phone or web cam or if anyone knows of a course that actually teaches how to do it? Anyone have a successful practice with a good percentage of clients being treated by this method? I have been hypnotized over the phone before (wonderful experience) & I would like to really perfect this method for my own practice. I also came across a video (actually 2 parts) on youtube called online hypno-attack? something of the sort, where these 2 hypnotists hypnotized another guy using skype through a variety of stage tricks all the while increasing his confidence level; it was amazing!
