does any one know any thing about this subject, i had a lady who has had this problemfor several years, i have only spoke on the phone to her, would any one have any suggestions please

Hi Mary It sounds a bit like Bruxism except she clenches her fist instead of grinding her teeth. Perhaps you could adapt the script for that or find out about any underlying anxieties or stress in her life.
