I have a client with Type 2 Diabetes, who has trouble with his diet because of snacking. A full weight reduction or diabetic session would seem OTT - any ideas please?

Hi Andy It seems that there are two possible approaches here - 1, you could consider tackling the Diabetes (we have a script for this under the Health heading on the Script Index page) or 2, maybe you could try using our new Boredom Eating script (if he is snacking for this reason?).
