Hi Elissa You mention that your client has been to every type of professional therapist so first I would question what their observations on this was. I believe it can be caused by insect bites, allergies and a number of physical issues ranging from coeliac to chronic renal failure. There again it can be stress related - perhaps there was a specific incident in her past when this symptom developed. Im a firm believer of treating the cause first - once you know what that is then you can decide on which script to use. There are scripts for allergies, skin problems, coeliac and lots of stress related and health scripts on Hypnotic World to choose from.

that is the problem, she has seen dermatologists, physiatrists and they have said it is caused by scratching, she is in her 30s has 3 small children a full time job, no help in the home. She is at a dead end (her words) she doesnt have any recollection of it starting she has had it from a young age and it has got worse.

Hi Elissa Since shes had this problem from a young age and has no recollection of it starting it might be a good idaa to regress her to see what triggered this problem in the beginning. Dont worry that she has no idea at the moment what caused it - if she is a good subject for hypnosis then her subconscious mind will come up with the answer. When she relates what the cause was you should be able to link it in some way to her present problem. My guess on this is that it is an inability to cope with stress (she certainly seems to have a lot of pressure at the moment).
