Now you have my curiosity! I understand that EMDR is a form of Psychotherapy, but have never heard of REM therapy. Sounds interesting?

Hi, I have Not head of REM but Have used EMDR as a patent for trauma and found it amazing good and most helpfull. Also several freinds of mine have tried it for serious issues and has helped them tremendacly. get a book called EMDR by Frances Schapero (think i spelt that right!) she is the person who chame up with emdr
