Fear of eating ADULT

hi i would like to request a script for a fear of eating solid foods please as an adult they only eat food that is in liqued form and have full desire to change this but due to past events of chocking and worry about not producing enough salivor along with just having had her full set of top teeth removed is now drastically losing wieght appriciate any help on this matter thank you
