I have only just seen your post and I have a client coming to see me today with the same complaint. Did you get anywhere with yours? I was thinking of using visualisation of drinking iced water and making a "pain free spot" around the mouth area...

Hello, I have just had a client with this 'problem' - they told me it's not pain as such, but more like the feeling of just sipping very hot fluids...but permanent. Please, please, please does anybody have an appropriate script for this???
