Fear of smear test

I have a client who has deep seated fear of metal instrument used in smear tests, (needs to have this test done on Friday 14/may/010. fears being physically hurt, torn or ripped internally. have used regression to find cause. nothing morbid in early life experiences. did watch a dvd on childbirth in senior school.it was a complicated birth, instruments were used, mother had to have stiches.Fear stems from this. can anyone help with a script please.
