Extreme Anxiety

I have a client whi is mid 40s his nerves are shattered his hands shake and he is constantly anxious and emotional. He was abused as a child and thought this was almost forgotten but 3yrs ago he realised he is looking at men an womens private parts when he realises his eyes have looked down at the person he immediately turns away and feels everyone thinks hes a perv. I know this is guilt and shame due to childhood abuse, he is happily married and this looking is ruining his life he doesnt want to address the past with regression he wants the demons in his head to be removed . What script should i start with i was going to do garden of confidance and burn the negative issues out of his life then concentrate on building self esteem. Is there anything else I should do any script suggestions would be appreciated. He doesnt fancy or fantasise over any of these people he just looks for 1 or 2 seconds then feels sick at himself
