Script for stopping mind chatter

I have so many clients that say to me they cannot switch off and there mind races all the time either during the day or when they try and sleep i usually find out what the inner problem is and deal with that , but i just wondered is there a general script for stopping mind chatter or something similar many thanks HH

Hi There is a script on Hypnotic World called Mind Clutter which I believe addresses this issue.

I have searched "mmind chatter" but no results found. I too would like to have this script in my toolbox.

Hi The script is called Mind Clutter (not mind chatter) and is under the heading Habits and Disorders on the script index page.
