Hi Wendy <p>I think it would be helpful for you to understand why your client has this fear and deal with the cause. It could be that shes afraid of hurting them or that shes had a bad experience with nail cutting in the past. Perhaps you could get her to visualize cutting a dogs nails and anchor it to a confident time in her life?
