Does she resist demonstrations of affection with her family or friends? I think I would want to discover if shes always felt like this with people, perhaps using ideomotor signals to determine the first time she was hugged by someone she didnt know too well. It could be that she doesnt enjoy others entering her personal space - especially as shes had issues with blushing and confidence. Will give this some thought and see if we can come up with a suitable approach.

Sorry for the delay in responding to your post. As she already knows how to demonstrate her affections with family and friends then Im pretty sure you could help her. One possible approach could be to use an anchor and regression. I think I would take her back in time to a situation where she felt so appreciative that she felt like hugging the person whod helped her. Who hasnt felt like throwing their arms around a driving examiner whod just told them theyd passed their test? (e.g.). She may have a different experience but Im sure its something weve all felt at least once in our life. You could then ask her to choose a key word or phrase and anchor it in her mind by taking a deep breath or pressing her thumb and index finger together to allow her subconscious mind to remember and actualize this memory - then use a future paced visualization whereas she is being hugged or kissed by one of her clients and experiences the same sort of feeling (but from their perspective - if you see what I mean)?

Hope this helps. Im sure all our members will be interested to see how your future sessions progress.
