Police physical test

I have a client who needs help passing the beep test at the police academy, This test is based on endurance and speed. she has failed it 3 times. Has anyone come across this?

Hi Sue <p>Is your client physically fit? If so perhaps she just needs her confidence building. There is a script called Endurance though on Hypnotic World (under the Sport Heading on the Script Index page.

With a son with the Met ,only 5% will get through to training and withIN 2 weeks will spend 7 hours in 1 day running around the gym screaming/ being screamed at ready for potential crowd control --so really needs to be fit !!
