Client trouble Felling trapped

Hi can anyone help I have a client that can not go to cinemas or theaters or places where she can not simple walk out. she is happy to go shopping as she is in control but feels trapped if she has to sit any where that she can not simple walk out. tried Fast phobia NLP and confidence hypno but no change. HELP

Hi Trevor, <p>It sounds like the lady doesnt particularly know why she has this fear. Ive found in these cases a regression has been the only way to resolve the situation. Allowing the client to revisit the original exciting trauma event - but as a simple bystander and so they remain protected from the deep emotions occurring. Work can then be carried out in situ to begin to reframe the original event or abreact the emotional pressure. <p>Hope that helps in some way. <p>Richard Scott

Sometimes it is not enough simply to treat the symptoms. You need to find the underlying cause. In this case you should regress the client to the Initial Sensitising Event, making sure the usual safeguards are in place. Once you have identified the cause you can use techniques from NLP such as the black and white movie technique or hypnotherapy methods such as visualising and taking control of the event.
