Does anyone have or know of a book on hypnosis that i used to have many years ago. I have misplaced it but cant remember title. It was a simple book that used pictures of female subject going through induction and i think six tests such as angesia , hand rotation , arm levitation,arm stiffening and amonia test.

i am looking for old book where the hypnotist hypnotises a clery man a home maker- a mailman- asks them questions about the i am i i read it when i was a kid and would like to read it again
