Hi there, I have an author who has the above fear. Even though she has GPS, she has to have her husband drive her to new places first because of the fear of getting lost. I have done a small amount of research on her, and we tend to think that it stems back to when she was a child and her mother use to make her walk infront to a place and then find her way back. I have thought of doing timeline and also incorporating not to fear being alone. Anybody got any useful suggestions, I would gladly appreciate it..Thanks..:)

Hi Have you had a look at the Sensory Direction script on Hypnotic World? You may be able to adapt this for your client. The script is under the heading Personal Development on the script index page.
