Contractures in an elderly client

Hi all: I haven’t seen any script that addresses this: I have a client who is 94 years old. She is alert and oriented occasionally mildly confused but rarely. However, her biggest problem is contractures, (almost in a fetal position) 2nd to arthritis. I am working on a script to help her relax her leg, arm and finger muscles including knees, elbow and finger joints. She is very dear to me and any suggestions or scripts would be appreciated. Thank you
