Has anyone worked with Superior Canal Dehiscence Syndrome (SCDS)? At the moment I am intending to treat as though it is tinnitus but any suggestions would be most welcome.

I am treating at the moment a vestibular disorder, which could be similar to your discription above. Also , someone asked about stroke victims.... They both feel the frustration of being incapacited in some ways but they both need their anxiety relieved so a good stressless script is in order first,Relaxation, sleep and suggestions that the brain can find alternative routes and new neurons explored. I have likened this with the metaphore of building new motorways and just using the diversion to access them .keeping the equilibrium and using a favourite tune/song to help ignor the internal noises. P.S. one of the motorway builders is , new and his name is Ron"
