This is the same spiral that is available as an executable file freely on the Internet. Lots o folks use it to practice focus and concentration. This is a screen-captured media file that can be played on any system that can play mp4 files. The codecs used are listed below. In a Windows system, Media Player Classic or VL Player will work perfectly. The same file is been rendered as 2 minute, 6 minute and 9 minute clips. All three are video only - no audio.
