Smoking and cannabis addiction

i have a client who wants to quit smoking and cannabis, the 2 are clearly linked i.e. she has the tobacco with the cannabis and as smoking would normally take one session, i am wondering if i can combine both together and use a cannabis script after a smoking one during the same session? or just somehow try to combine the 2 scripts into one... anyone have any suggestions please? thank you

Its hard to say the best way to deal with this one. If the client has only been using the tobacco as a medium for the cannabis, deal with the cannabis primarily with the smoking cessation as a benefit from being no longer needed. I had s similar scenario, only the smoking was the primary issue. I did what is known as parts therapy" I spoke to the part of the mind that enjoyed the occasional use In trance I enlisted that parts help. I asked it to not want to use cannabis whilst my client was giving up smoking for the sake of his health. Just a thought or two. GOOD LUCK!!
