About Christina : Thank you for visiting my website, my name is Christina Monteiro, and I am the owner of AdvancedHealingHypnosis.com.
It is my pleasure to share a little bit about myself and why I am here to serve you as your Certified Hypnotherapist and also in your Self Healing Hypnosis needs.
My personal experience with Healing Hypnotherapy was so profound that I was compelled to share it with the world. I had suffered many years from PTSD Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and GAD Generalized Anxiety Disorder, without any resolve. Without knowing where else to turn I began using prescription drugs which started giving me adverse side effects including, insomnia, and depression. Having a passion for Integrative healthcare I had tried many natural remedies along with change of diet and lifestyle. It wasn't until I made the decision to pursue my journey of self discovery that my life made a complete turn around.
Guided Meditation, Hypnotherapy and Self Hypnosis were the solution to many years intolerable suffering. Within only a few hypnotherapy sessions, I had completely resolved my chronic anxiety and panic attacks. Within a month of my first hypnotherapy session I completely quit using the prescription drugs I was on and have never used them since. From there I was able to create a healthy, whole, completely transformed life for myself that included the full spectrum of human emotions that I had grown to completely forget I had inside of me. My physical, mental and emotional healing were the gateway to the connection that I had severed with my self and creator. Today I am living life way beyond I ever felt possible. Everything has changed and keeps expanding to greater heights. I have began writing, eating healthier, my personal relationships are so much more fulfilling. Who would of known that one single decision could completely change my life into what it is today. Currently, I am a certified hypnotherapist, energy intuitive, yoga therapist. During my sessions I use each of these modalities to create a very unique and powerful self healing session.
