I have now decided to give it another try and am so glad that I did. I only wish I had come to see her first!

| Donna Huntingdon | 28th Aug, 2012 It Works Really Well For MeI have had therapy with Christine for several months and every now and again we use some hypnosis to help me with understanding what my subconscious mind is wanting me to do and how to achieve my goals better. It's really hard to explain how it works, but imagine it like a dream that you can influence. Christine has taught me self-hypnosis exercises that I can use on my own at home. I really enjoy our sessions and would completely recommend her to others.
