This is a combination of a download that I successfully devised for a client who had a fear of epileptic fits and some research that I have read on this subject. The person in question significantly reduced the severity and frequency of attacks, but this could have been because his fear of having them was reduced.

Epilepsy is a condition that has been long misunderstood by society in general. People suffering from epilepsy can sometimes bring on an epileptic fit because of their fear of having one in certain situations.

Often however, they will have a warning signal, e.g. a certain (maybe unpleasant) smell that they cannot describe.

The olfactory sense is the oldest known to humankind and one possible explanation is that they are attempting to access the source of the smell from a part of the brain that is inaccessible (which in turn triggers an epileptic fit).

This hypnosis MP3 recording is based on a script written after researching a successful approach to this condition whereby certain substitutes were used to replace the unpleasant smells. It also addresses relieving the fear of having an epileptic fit and has been tried and tested with successful results.
